I believe the most sacred act is to notice that gleam of light which flashes across your mind from within (Emerson). Whenever it appears, I follow the ideas and adventures it inspires.
I am fascinated by evolutionary biology, creation myths, and turning points in history. I love to explore, and try to articulate my discoveries by writing articles, speculative short fiction, and thriller novels.
Although I identify as a writer, my “real jobs” have included stints as a bartender, a teacher, a journalist, an agency copywriter and a government communications officer. I am currently based on the shores of Great Slave Lake in Canada’s Northwest Territories. If you can’t reach me, I’m probably fishing.
